There are two steps to post construction cleaning. The first step is the preliminary cleaning, which occurs when the builders are finishing up. This initial cleaning allows us to remove dust, dirt and debris from the post-construction sight, allowing the client to have a clean surface to find any imperfections or where touch ups may need to happen.  The second step is the final cleaning, which occurs after the general contractors checklist is complete.

What’s Included

  • We carefully remove construction dust, debris, and leftover materials from all areas, including hard-to-reach spots.

  • We meticulously clean walls, baseboards, light fixtures, and windows to remove any paint, fingerprints, or construction marks. Cabinets and drawers are wiped down inside and out, as well as all doors.

  • We ensure all glass surfaces – including windows, windowsills, mirrors, and glass railings – are streak-free and sparkling clean.

  • We remove any leftover adhesives, paint and scuffs from flooring, ensuring your tile, marble, hardwood, or carpeted surfaces are pristine.

  • Our team ensures all surfaces, including countertops, kitchens, and bathrooms, are sanitized and disinfected to the highest standards.

  • After the main cleaning, we perform a final inspection and touch up any areas that need extra attention, ensuring your space looks immaculate.
