There are two steps to post construction cleaning. The first step is the preliminary cleaning, which occurs when the builders are finishing up. This initial cleaning allows us to remove dust, dirt and debris from the post-construction sight, allowing the client to have a clean surface to find any imperfections or where touch ups may need to happen. The second step is the final cleaning, which occurs after the general contractors checklist is complete. What’s Included
